A bluegrass concert at a public hall "鎌倉婦人子供会館" in Kamakura

I went to a public hall for women and children in Kamakura to listen to bluegrass music today.

Old Country Band... 間も無く後期高齢者の仲間入りらしいが、ドブロがいい！

Donguri Mountain Boys... ボーイズながら紅一点のベースが光る！

Grass Dew... 初出演

鎌倉ＦＭ放送大塚哲夫さんの挨拶... 親父のカントリーいつも聞いていますよ！

J-Project Band... コミックバンドと揶揄されているが、女性のボーカルが素晴らしい！

Hummingbirds... あか抜けしてて上手い！

River of Time... とりはこの人たちで決まり

（注）若手ナンバーワン、、自作曲に英語の詩も日本語の詩も付いているという信じがたい人たちです・・・勿論、演奏もハーモニーも当代随一！！

The audience was about 70 people (half of capacity) due to rain but there was an air of excitement in the hall. I will be there next time, too... Apr. 29, 2020!!

I had brunch at a breakfast shop "朝食屋コバカバ" serves breakfast and brunch in Kamakura today.

Raw egg on rice or TKG (Tamago Kake Gohan) is the Japanese-style rice with uncooked egg... yummy!!
（注）日本通の外人には卵かけご飯はＴＫＧで通用するぞ！！

朝食は１０時まで・・・その後はブランチになって値段が変わります。昼からあるブルーグラスのコンサートに間に合うよう、ちょっと小腹を満たすのに寄ってみました。小さなレストランだけど、なかなか良い感じ！

Salad... and Bibbiano Chianti Classico from Toscana, Italy and Andeluna 1300 Malbec from Argentina.
（注）ビッビアーノ　キャンティクラシコはサンジョベーゼ主体のシンプルで飲みやすいミディアムボディの赤ワインでアンデルーナ１３００マルベックはマルベック種主体の熟したタンニン感のあるフルボディの赤ワインです。

機械じかけの音楽鑑賞会 (A music appreciation)

I went to the University of Electro-Communications to participate in an event at  UEC museum of communications yesterday.
昨日、ＵＥＣコミュニケーションミュージアムで開催されていた音楽鑑賞会に参加するために電気通信大学に行ってきました。

音楽鑑賞会の前にミュージアムの所蔵品の一部を見学（時間の制約があって全部を見ることできず）しましたが、その中でも特に興味をひくものを以下に紹介します。
船舶無線局（完動品）・・・実際に説明員の方に電源を入れてもらいましたが、ちょうど韓国の漁業無線局（海岸局）ＨＬＯのモールス信号を受信できました・・・感動！！！

私もいまだに所有しているソニーのSOLID STATE 11（完動品）と同じものが展示されています・・・５０年以上前の製品ですが動作します（当時の日本の製品は信頼性が高かったのですね！）

かなりの方がキットを組み立てたと思うTK-80・・・約４０年前で９万円、現在の貨幣価値で数十万円もするものだったんですね（驚）

日本のパソコンブームの先駆けPC-8001・・・まだうちのどこかに眠っているはず（笑）

そして、機械仕掛けの音楽鑑賞会・・・第二展示室内視聴室に鎮座するTANNOY、AMCRON、SONY、YAMAHA他の垂涎のスピーカー群

機械じかけの音楽・・・すなわち自動演奏楽器が流行った時期が昔あったそうです。その中で今も残っているのがオルゴールで他は全部廃れてしまったようです。そしてその貴重な楽器の音をＬＰレコードに録音したものが残っていて、それをいろんなスピーカーを通して聞かせていただきました。今となっては、滅多に聞くことのできないものばかりで参加して非常に良かったです。
次回もまた参加したいと思います・・・

（注）新鮮味があって香り高く、厚みのある果実感とミネラルのバランスが良いイタリア シチリア産のインツォリア種１００％の白ワイン。
