I had lunch at a restaurant serves wine and grills in Machida today.

Grilled young chicken with yuba cheddar cheese sauce and Quinta do Correio Dão red from Portugal.

(note) Yuba is a processed food made from soybeans.

（注）キンタ・ド・コーレイヨ　ダン　レッド はポルトガルのフルーティでソフトな口当たりの赤ワインで結構余韻が残る。ちなみに、コーレイヨとは郵便配達員のことで、ラベルは切手風になっている。

Yuba cheese sauce is mild and tasty and soft red wine goes well with young chicken with yuba sauce... yummy!
（注）マイルドなソースの若鶏とソフトな赤ワインが相性バッチシでした・・・
