Chicken saute with grated vegetable sauce（チキンソテー）

I had lunch at a restaurant serves wine and grills in Machida today.
Salad... and Gavi from Piemonte, Italy.

（注）ガヴィ・・・イタリア・ピエモンテ州のコルテーゼ種１００％の白ワイン。辛口でリンゴなどの柑橘類を思わせるフルーティですっきりした酸味がある。

Chicken saute with grated vegetable sauce... has sourness of apples.

It goes with Gavi with delicate aroma of fruits and fresh acidity... yummy!!
チキンソテーに酸味のきいたリンゴ味のソースがよく合っているうえに、フルーティですっきりした酸味のガヴィがまたこれによく合いますね！！
