(注)Taco Rice はTex-Mex料理をまねて作られた沖縄料理で、元は和製英語だったのが現在米国ではTaco Rice で通用するようです。
Recipe : 3 serving
300grams minced beef or pork
half onion chopped
1 garlic clove finely chopped
1 tomato coarsely chopped
fresh lettuce sliced
cheese sliced
bunch parsley
2 tbs. tomato ketchup
1 tbs. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbs. nam pla (fish sauce)
pinch red pepper... アジメコショウが好み
pinch black pepper
1 tbs. olive oil
1 tbs. sake
3 grams chicken stock (consomme)
(注)tbs.=table spoon (大さじ) tsp.=tea spoon (小さじ)
Directions :
1. Heat olive oil in a frying pan... Add garlic, red pepper and onion and stir-fry.
2. Once they come to soften, add minced beef and stir-fry.
3. Once beef comes to color, add seasoning (nam pla, sauce, sake, and consomme) and stir-fry.
4. Arrange stir-fried minced beef and rice on a plate.
5. Dish up lettuce, tomato, cheese and sprinkle black pepper on a dish.
