Roast pork tenderloin topped with cheese and balsamic sauce... very delicious and goes with Italian Barbera red wine known for high level of acid and the perfect balance of flavor... yummy!!

第30回光が丘芸能大会

今日、相模原市あじさい会館大ホールにて芸能大会が開催され、合唱の種目に出演しました。
I was appearing on the stage of a culture festival in Sagamihara today.

曲名は「故郷の廃家」で老人クラブ、、ではなく夢クラブのカラオケサークルの男性１１名です。毎週小１時間の練習の甲斐なく、一致団結した歌声には程遠く、音が崩れる場面が多々あり・・・木曜日の反省会の成り行きが心配です・・・ふふふ？
We, 11 males of the karaoke club in the senior citizen's club were singing a traditional song....

そして、ご褒美の・・・いや、参加賞のお弁当・・・
Bento (lunch box) for participation...

これが、美味いのなんのって、みんなでワイワイ言いながらあっという間に完食でした・・・ほほほ。

I had supper at an okonomiyaki shop in Ofuna, Kamakura on the way back home from Chigasaki Jamboree.

The best okonomiyaki in the shop... containing pork, squid, shrimp, octopus, fried soba... etc.

Rich and yummy!!...

Chigasaki Jamboree 2017 of country and bluegrass music was held in stage in Chigasaki village forest park (茅ヶ崎里山公園) yesterday. It was open-air concert of no charge for admission.

Few shops such as American food and western goods opened a store too.

Seiji Katayama... No. 1 Japanese professional country singer...

Keiko Walker... a famous female country singer...

Yoshio Ohno... the leading figure in Japanese country music...

I was able to relax as if  I had been in the U.S.....　

ほんと、この日はアメリカの雰囲気が味わえますし、タダなのに日本のカントリーミュージック界のトップシンガーたちの歌が聴けるんです！！

I had lunch at a fish restaurant near Sagami-ono station, Sagamihara today.
今日、相模大野のボーノ横丁にある魚料理「魚さだ」にランチを食べに寄ってみました。

Assorted sashimi... Sashimi combo with rice, miso soup and tofu...

この店、昼時はたいがい満員です・・・魚料理のメニューが豊富で、何にするか迷いますが、刺身盛合せ定食が無難です（笑）。量の多さとクオリティの高さでは、この界隈随一！　この店、御飯が無くなったら、閉店になるんです！！１３時半頃に行ったけど、まだご飯ありましたぁ・・・・

Spicy Cajun-style grilled chicken is very delicious and goes with Italian Barbera red wine known for high level of acid and the perfect balance of flavor... yummy!!
台風一過、また暑い日が戻ってきましたが、暑い日にはスパイシーなケイジャン・チキンが香りも味もよしで食が進みます・・・夏も終わりだけど、夏にぴったし！　スパイシーな料理に負けじと香よく強い酸味のイタリア産バルベーラ種の赤ワインが料理を引き立ててくれますね！！
