I had lunch at a hideaway restaurant in Tsurukawa, Machida today.
まず、前菜・・・マグロとアボガドのタルタル
Semi French cooking... a compromise between Japanese and French.
スープ・・・ごぼうのスープ
牛フィレステーキ マスタードソース
鮭ごはんと味噌汁
デザート・・・ほうじ茶のムース
This is a high-class restaurant rich in atmosphere... I might not be able to go there without complimentary tickets.
