I had lunch at a restaurant that serves wine and grills in Machida to make New Year's greetings today.
ブリ（鰤）は自宅でもよく食べますが、ここで食べるのは、見た目も、味も全然違います・・・見た目が洋食っぽく艶やかですね！！
それで、ドリンクが店長お奨めの白ワイン・・・
Beautiful grilled yellowtail and Pinot Grigio that the manager recommended... Thanks for the manager's consideration about soup right to the plate to free of charge.
イタリア産ピノ・グリージョ・・・北イタリアのスタンダードの辛口でコクのある白ワインです。
そうそう、忘れてました、、プレート右のスープは特別サービスですと・・・店長有難う！！！また近いうちに伺いま～す。
