Simmered Kiriboshi Daikon Radish (切り干し大根の煮物)

My homemade dish called "Simmered Kiriboshi Daikon Radish" with sardine.


Recipe : 3 servings
30grams kiriboshi daikon (dried daikon radish strips)
half small size carrot
50grams abura-age (deep fried tofu)・・・油抜きの刻みがよい
10 mange tout (snow peas)・・・絹さや
300ml dashi broth
2 tsp. sugar
2 tsp. sweet sake
2 tbs. soy sauce
1 tbs. olive oil
(注)tbs.=table spoon (大さじ) tsp.=tea spoon (小さじ)

No directions for cooking...

(注)関東では「切り干し大根」、関西では「千切り大根」、京都では「軒しのぶ」というようです。
