Spicy chicken saute with lime sauce（スパイシーチキンソテー）

I had lunch at a restaurant serves wine and grills in Machida today.
Salad... and Terrasses de Guilhem Cabernet Sauvignon from France.

（注）テラス・ド・ギレム カベルネ・ソーヴィニョンは、タンニンがしっかりした飲みごたえのある辛口のフランス産の赤ワインで、クラシックな美味しさでなんにでも合う感じ。

Spicy chicken saute with lime sauce.
I had red wine concerning a spicy dish, although it also goes well with white wine that marries with fresh lime... Dish of rich taste.

（注）スパイシーな料理ということで赤ワインにしてみましたが、ライムの爽やかさに合わせるなら白ワインでもよかったのかも・・・逆に、どちらにも合うって贅沢な味わいの料理でした。

Café au lait with matcha flavor

I had lunch at a café in my neighborhood today. I had the special coffee for this month "Café au lait with matcha flavor", sandwiches and pasta.

Café au lait tastes good with adding additional flavors like matcha or green tea... yummy!!

Teriyaki chicken（照り焼きチキン定食）

I had lunch at a Japanese-style bar in Sagami-ono, Sagamihara today.

A special lunch set of the day... Teriyaki chicken.

It is grilled chicken with sweetened soy sauce... yummy!

（注）ドン・カルロ・ビアンコは、カタラット種の華やかな香りと爽やかな味わいのシチリア産の白ワインで、前菜や魚介類に合うとされている。

Sautéed grunt with sugo alla puttanesca.

The sauce called sugo alla puttanesca is made with tomatoes, anchovies, garlic, chili peppers and etc. Originally, the sauce is served with spaghetti, although it also goes well with seafood.

（注）プッタネスカはイタリア語で娼婦風を意味し、プッタネスカソースとはトマトソースにアンチョビ、ニンニク、唐辛子等を入れた刺激的な味わいのソースのこと。

Seared (lightly grilled) bonito and citrus sauce with chopped fresh onion.

Red wine of Don Carlo Rosso having a rich taste goes well with seared bonito... yummy!!

Nigiri-zushi（築地魚河岸まぐろ一代）

I had lunch at a sushi restaurant in Ueno station, Tokyo on the way back home from Kusatsu hot springs.
草津温泉からの帰りに、上野駅エキナカのエキュート上野にある築地魚河岸まぐろ一代で軽くランチしました・・・特急草津号の車内で軽く昼を食べたのだけれど、さすがに午後3時ともなればお腹が空いてきます。

The best quality sushi... yummy!!
白身三貫が、カンパチ、鯛、ハマチ
光り物三貫が、〆鯖、こはだ、あじ
どれも極上の逸品でした！

Kusatsu hot springs and ham radio（草津温泉無線の旅）

今年は、４月２９日から４連休で草津温泉に遊びに行きました・・・毎日、温泉に浸かってのんびりしているだけなので観光名所にはどこにも行きません・・・それで唯一の楽しみがアマチュア無線のちょっとした遊びなのです。
往きの臨時特急草津８３号の車内からＤＳＴＡＲリピーターの御岳山４３０と堂平山４３０を使って相模原市緑区上大島キャンプ場でＢＢＱをやっているハム仲間と交信に成功しました。上野から高崎まで、列車の中からでもこれらのリピーターを使えばかなりの確率で応答があるみたいです。
さらに、４月３０日は道の駅草津運動茶屋公園の展望塔から八重洲無線の ＦＴ－６９０ｍｋ２でＡＬＬ ＪＡ コンテストに参加してみました。
I was in Kusatsu hot springs, Gunma to get enough rest in the spring holiday season in Japan.
I successfully contacted with a ham radio station in Sagamihara, Kanagawa via DSTAR repeaters of Mitakesan 430 and Dodairasan 430 on the special limited express "Kusatsu 83" run during the tourist seasons .
On April 30th I was running an amateur radio with Yaesu FT-690mk2 in the ALL JA Contest at the observation tower of the road side rest area in Kusatsu town.

今回の運用で分かったことは、６ｍ（５０ＭＨｚ）のＱＲＰ運用では榛名山越え（山岳回折）は難しく、東京、神奈川、千葉の局が聞こえるものの（いずれも、固定のハイパワー局）、かすりもしませんでした・・・４３０ＭＨｚとは、大分様子が違うようです。それでも、何とか榛名山越えで前橋の局と交信に成功することが出来ました。
