I had lunch at a restaurant serves wine and grills in Machida today.
Salad... and Arugabranca Clareza from Yamanashi, Japan.

パリパリ感が何とも言えない食感で、中華風？洋風？、、いや、これは街角風やね・・・甲州の辛口白ワインが相性バッチシだった！！
