I had lunch at a restaurant serves wine and grills in Machida today.
Salad... and Lincoln Estate Shiraz from Australia.

It goes with full bodied dry red wine... yummy!!
豚ロースに酸味のあるピスタチオのソースがよく合って美味いし、さらに、これに濃厚な辛口赤ワインがよく合いますね。
