Kimchi Bokkeumbap, Kimchi Fried Rice (キムチチャーハン)

 My homemade dish called "Kimchi Bokkeumbap".


Recipe : 3 servings
3 cups steamed rice
100-150 grams kimchi
1/4 onion chopped
1-2 sausages (wiener, frankfurter or fish) chopped
1 garlic clove finely chopped
2 green peppers chopped
2 tsp. soy sauce or kimch juice
1 tsp. chicken stock (consomme)
1 green onion chopped, not absolutely necessary
pinch black pepper
1 tbs. sesame oil

(注)tbs.=table spoon (大さじ) tsp.=tea spoon (小さじ)

Directions :
1. Heat 1 tbs. sesame oil in a frying pan... add garlic, onion, green peppers, sausages and stir-fry till they come to soften.
2. Add rice and consomme and stir-fry
3. Add kimch and stir all the ingredients together.
