An American restaurant "Center Grill （センターグリル）" in Naka, Yokohama

今日、桜木町駅近くの米国風洋食レストラン「センターグリル」でランチしました。
I had lunch at an American restaurant near Sakuragicho station in Yokohama today.

ランチメニューから一番豪華な浜ランチを頼んでみました。
I ordered a feast in the lunch menu...

皿の左から、オムライス、チキンカツ、サラダです・・・
Omelette and rice, chicken cutlet and salad...
Enough and delicious... I was full... haha.

Microwave Exhibition 2018

I went to Microwave Exhibition at Pacifico Yokohama (Pacific Convention Plaza Yokohama) in Nishi-ku, Yokohama today.

今日は、三日の会期の最終日で、比較的すいていました・・・

一番人気？は、やはり Analog Devices で結構な人だかりでした・・・マイクロウェーブのモジュール、Analog Devices なくして語れませんからね・・・

続いて、やはり米国系の測定器メーカー・・・Keysight Technologies

とNational Instruments・・・

日本勢はあまり人気なし？・・・

今回の目玉は第５世代移動通信システム（５G）関連とワイヤレス電力伝送ということで、多くの関連セッションが開かれていたようですが、時間の関係で受講する暇なし・・・

私の興味は、ワイヤレス電力伝送だったんだけれど、今年はこれといったものはなく拍子抜けだった・・・課題が多く、まだ成熟していない？ということか？。

Cheezy Roll Tempura

I had lunch at an American style sushi restaurant near Odakyu-Sagamihara station in Sagamihara  today. It is located along Kanagawa Prefecture Route 51.
この店、日本の寿司屋の面影はなく、完璧なまでにアメリカ西海岸風・・・店名の５１は県道５１号線から来ているんだけれど米国のインターステート・ハイウェーの看板を模した店のマークが何ともこりこりに凝っていて私ゃ大好きです！

Cheezy Roll Tempura... half & half.
Dolce (left side)... Fresh salmon cheese roll tempura cut on sweet eel sauce and mayo.
Caliente (right side)... Spicy tuna cheese roll tempura cut on hot sauce and mayo.
チージーロール天ぷら・・・cheezyはcheesyと同義語
寿司ロールと天ぷらを同時に味わえるという趣向らしいが・・・日本人にはちょっと無理があるような気がする逸品で、寿司というよりデザートっぽい味わいです。ドルチェはその名の通り酢飯が台無しになるぐらい甘いし、カリエンテはピリ辛でアメリカ人好みの造りです・・・テクスメクス料理に通じるところがありますね？ま～、これはこれで面白いと言えば面白いです・・・正統派の寿司に飽きたら食ってみるのが良いです！
（注）cheezyとはスラングで作りのちゃちなとか安っぽいという意味があって、正統派の寿司ロールからワンランク下でスナック的に食べられるものを意味しているのかも？？？

I will be there again in the near future...

メニューにある全ての寿司ロールを食いつくそうと思って通っています・・・ははは

Grilled cold yellowtail （寒ブリのグリル）

I had lunch at a restaurant serves wine and grills in Machida today.
Les Jamelles Chardonnay from France.
（注）レ・ジャメル シャルドネは、フランス産の香りが華やかで、均整の取れた味わいの白ワインで、特に魚のグリル料理やクリームソースに合うとされる。

Grilled cold yellowtail in sauce with dry tomato and olive flavor... It is very delicious and goes with chardonnay wine with elegant aroma... yummy!!!!!

寒ブリにトマトとオリーブの香味が効いており、なかなか和食にはない味を醸し出していて美味いです。さらにこれに、レ・ジャメルのシャルドネが華やかな香りでバッチシ合いますね！！

I had dinner at "Trattoria Fossetta (フォセッタ)" in Kamakura last night.
Grignolino d'asti from Piemonte, Italy and Sassaia La Biancara from Veneto, Italy.
（注）グリニョリーノ ダスティ・・・イタリア ピエモンテ州産グリニョリーノ種１００％辛口自然派の赤ワイン 。
サッサイア ラ ビアンカーラ・・・イタリア ヴェネト州産の自然派ワインの金字塔といわれている白ワイン。

Wine and dishes are very delicious... yummy!!

Grilled lamb shoulder meat marinated in onion sauce（ラム肩ロースのシャリアピンステーキ）

I had lunch at a restaurant serves wine and grills in Machida today.
Salad... and Soler Rosso Veneto De Stefani from Italy.
（注）ソレール ロッソは、イタリア ヴェネト州デステファニー家のワイナリーの５品種を用いて、伝統的醸造によって造られた奥深く力強い味わいの赤ワインです。

Grilled lamb shoulder meat marinated in onion sauce... It is very delicious and goes with rich red wine... yummy!!

これは困った・・・これ、日本独特の調理方法で、外国にはないそうな？　シャリアピンとは人名（オペラ歌手）で、彼の依頼で日本の帝国ホテルで考案された料理だそうです。玉ねぎのみじん切りの中に数時間漬け込んでからグリルするそうな・・・このニュアンスが分かるように英語化してみた・・・外人さんは理解できるかな？（笑）これ、肉の中まで味がしみ込んでいて激旨です・・・さらに、濃厚なイタリアの赤ワインがまたよく合います！！

I went to All Japan Microwave Meeting at a building called "全国家電会館" in Yushima, Tokyo yesterday.

The agenda for the meeting...

The lecture by JR3JZM... "135GHz TRX converter"

The lecture by JS3CTQ... "New IC-9700"

I was excited from start to finish about the high-level lectures in the meeting.
アマチュアにしてはかなりハイレベルと思う講演ばっかしだった（プロがやらない領域？・・・金儲けにならない趣味の領域？ですね）。

And poster sessions... demonstrations and presentations of research information...

and many advanced demonstrations at the meeting.
