彼岸の墓参り

Today is the Spring Equinox Day（春分の日 in Japanese）and is a Japanese national holiday. And also today is Higan（彼岸）, a Buddist holiday celebrated in Japan. Special services（彼岸会） are usually held in Japanese Buddist temples based on the particular Buddist tradition. I and my family visited our loved ones grave site and swept the grave stone clear.

鎌倉、藤沢の湘南の一部の地域では、桜が３分咲きぐらいのところがあります・・・

The cherry trees are one-third in bloom in some areas within Shonan region (Kamakura, Fujisawa... ).

お寺では、抹茶のサービスがありました。

We were served with green tea in a temple.
