Chicken cutlet with cheese sauce（チキンカツレツ）

I had lunch at a restaurant serves wine and grills in Machida today.
Salad and Sangiovese Toscana 2014 from Italy.

Chicken cutlet... Japanese style chicken cutlet with cheese sauce.

Cheese sauce... soft and rich taste... goes with chicken cutlet and with acidic red wine too... yummy!!
滑らかで濃厚なチーズソースがチキンカツレツとよく合ううえに酸味の強いサンジョベーゼワインが一層料理を引き立ててくれますね・・・美味いです！！。
