My homemade dish called "Miso Ginger Pork Stir Fry".
Recipe : 3 servings
250 grams pork loin sliced・・・豚肩ロース切り落とし
1 tbs. soy sauce
1 clove garlic minced
1 tsp. sesame oil
# vegetables
1 zucchini cut into thick half moon
1/2 carrot cut into thick half moon
1/2 onion sliced
# sauce
1 clove garlic minced
1 tbs. ginger minced
2 tbs. soy sauce
1 tbs. mirin
1 tbs. miso paste
2 tsp. sugar
2 tsp. cornstarch
(注)tbs.=table spoon (大さじ) tsp.=tea spoon (小さじ)
Directions :
1. In a large bowl mix with thinly sliced pork, soy sauce, sesame oil and garlic. Set aside for 15 min.
2. In the meantime, mix together the sauce in a small bowl.
3. Heat a little bit of oil in a pan. Add the pork and stir fry until it's cooked.
4. Add the vegetables and continue to cook.
5. Add the sauce and continue mixing until the sauce has thickened up.
【筆者感想】
味噌と醤油は少なめで野菜を増やすとまろやかで美味い・・・巷の生姜焼き定食というのは味噌も野菜も入っていなくて単純ですが(キャベツとかの付け合わせはたくさん付いているけど・・・)、色々入れてみると面白いですよ!
