My homemade dish called "Mackerel and Cabbage aglio e olio".
Recipe : 3 servings
1 canned mackerel in brine・・・鯖の水煮缶
1/8 cabbage cut into large pieces
1 tbs. olive oil
1 clove garlic minced
1 red chili pepper cut into small pieces
pinch salt and black pepper
(注)tbs.=table spoon (大さじ) tsp.=tea spoon (小さじ)
Directions :
1. Heat olive oil in the pan. Add the garlic and red chili pepper and fry until fragrant.
2. Add cabbage and stir-fry over medium heat and sprinkle salt over cabbage.
3. When the cabbage becomes soft, add mackerel and mix all ingredients lightly.
(注)アーリオオーリオとはにんにくオリーブオイル炒めのことです
【筆者感想】
鯖の煮汁は捨てるような説明もありますが、煮汁も一緒に炒めた方が美味いと思う・・・煮汁がほぼ蒸発するのに時間が掛かりますが・・・
