I had a special gathering called "Tokyo Ham Fair Eve" with my ex-colleagues at a wine bar "街角グラス" in Machida, Tokyo last night.

Trippa (牛の胃袋ハチノス) and Muscat Bailey A from Oita, Japan
Pasta alla Genovese and Pinot Noir from Germany
We had the elegance and happiest time at the bar... thank you all !!
