My homemade dish called "Avocado Fried Rice".
Recipe : 3 servings
3 cups cooked rice・・・茶碗軽く3杯
1 fish sausage・・・ウィンナー、ベーコン、ハムでも可
1 clove garlic minced
1/2 onion diced
1 avocado peeled, pitted and diced
2 eggs beaten
1 tsp. chicken broth mix・・・鶏がらスープの素(3g)
1 tbs. soy sauce
1 tbs. olive oil
(注)tbs.=table spoon (大さじ) tsp.=tea spoon (小さじ)
Directions :
1. Place a large pan over medium heat. Add oil, sausage, garlic and onion and cooked about 3 minutes.
2. Add rice and stir well to combine.
3. Add eggs and immediately start to scramble and stir to combine the egg into the rice.
4. Add the seasonings and stir again.
5. Remove from heat and add avocado and stir again to combine.
【筆者感想】
アボカドのコクと玉ねぎのシャキッとした感触がたまらないです。色合いがきれいで華やかなランチになりますよ。このレシピは健康志向なので塩味が好みなら醤油を多めに入れてください。またレモン汁やオリーブオイルをかけても美味いです!
