Jiaozi steamed with an iron pan (鉄鍋蒸し餃子)

I had lunch at a jiaozi shop in Odakyu-sagamihara, Sagamihara, Japan.
Jiaozi steamed with an iron pan, an egg soup and zha cai...
(注)鉄鍋蒸し餃子と玉子スープとザーサイ・・・これ、本場中国の餃子に近いです。餃子そのものは野菜餃子で、ニンニクは入っていません(日本ではニンニクの入った焼き餃子が主流ですが・・・)


Zha cai... Chinese pickled vegetable... is very common at Chinese restaurants in Japan and an appetizer in Chinese foods.
(注)日本ではザーサイは前菜として出され、主菜が来るまでの時間つぶしに使いますが・・・


Steamed jiaozi in this restaurant tastes excellent and genuine jiaozi !
