Chanpuru (タマナチャンプル)

 My homemade dish called "Chanpuru".


(注)タマナとはキャベツのことだけど、白菜を使ってみた

Recipe : 3 servings
200 grams pork belly cut by 4cm long
3 - 4 leaves Chinese cabbage・・・白菜の葉3-4枚
200 grams firm tofu・・・木綿豆腐
1/2 onion sliced
1/2 carrot sliced
2 shiitake mushrooms
3 eggs
2 tbs. sake
2 tbs. soy sauce
1/2 tbs. chicken stock (consomme)
pinch salt
1 tbs. vegetable oil

(注)tbs.=table spoon (大さじ) tsp.=tea spoon (小さじ)

Directions :
1. Heat 1 tsp. vegetable oil in a frying pan... add pork and stir-fry till they come to color・・・豚肉は一度取り出しておく
2. Heat 2 tsp. vegetable oil in the frying pan... add onion, carrot, cabbage and shiitake and stir-fry till they come to soften
3. Mix all together and add tofu and stir-fry
4. Pour the seasoning mixture and stir-fry till all simmered off
5. Add beaten egg in the frying pan
6. Sprinkle with bonito flakes if you like
