My homemade dish called "Chicken and Tomato Stew".
Recipe : 3 servings
300 grams chicken thigh・・・鶏もも肉
1/2 onion sliced
1/2 shimeji mushroom
1 garlic clove finely chopped
400 grams can chopped tomatoes・・・カットトマト缶
2 cubes bouillon beef or chicken・・・固形コンソメ、もちろん粉末でも可(水150mlで溶いておく)
pinch salt
pinch black pepper
2 tbs. all purpose flour
1 tbs. ketchup (tomato sauce)
1 tbs. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbs. sugar
2 tbs. sake
suitable amount parsley
1 tbs. olive oil
(注)tbs.=table spoon (大さじ) tsp.=tea spoon (小さじ)
Directions :
1. In a large pan, cook garlic and chicken with salt, pepper and flour till they come to color・・・肉がくっつかないように小麦粉をまぶしておく
2. Add onion and shimeji.・・・肉を一度取り出しておくと焼きすぎることが無い
3. Stir till all soften.
4. Add tomato and consomme.
5. Add ketchup, Worcestershire sauce and sugar.
6. Stir till all simmered off.
7. Sprinkle with parsley.
