Spaghetti with tomatoes and burrata （トマトとブラータチーズのスパゲッティ）

I had lunch at a restaurant serves wine and grills in Machida today.
Yamafuji Tokiwasure Merlot from Toyama, Japan.

Burrata is a fresh Italian cow milk cheese... goes well with salad, prosciutto, bread or pasta.
It goes well with a elegant red wine, too... yummy!!
