Recipe : 2 serving
1 green onion
50grams deep-fried tofu (油揚げのうちきざみ揚げが便利)
pinch pepper
2 tsp. sesame oil
1 tsp. sake
1 tsp. soy sauce
(注)tbs.=table spoon (大さじ) tsp.=tea spoon (小さじ)
Directions :
1. Heat sesame oil in a small frying pan... Add onion and tofu and stir-fry.
2. Once they come to soften, add sake and soy sauce.

Miso... 金山寺味噌がグッド
