(注)ガパオとはタイ語でバジルのことらしい・・・ガパオライスの英訳は無いようです。
Recipe : 3 serving
300 grams minced pork
1 onion chopped
1 red paprika coarsely chopped
1 garlic clove finely chopped
bunch basil
3 eggs
1 tbs. nam pla (fish sauce)
1 tsp. soy sauce
1 tbs. sesame oil
pinch red pepper
pinch black pepper
1 tbs. sweet sake
1 tbs. sake
1 tsp. sugar
3 grams chicken stock (consomme)
(注)tbs.=table spoon (大さじ) tsp.=tea spoon (小さじ)
Directions :
1. Heat sesame oil in a frying pan... Add garlic, red pepper and onion and stir-fry.
2. Once they come to soften, add minced pork and stir-fry.
3. Once pork comes to color, add paprika and stir-fry.
4. Add seasoning (nam pla, soy sauce, sake, sugar and consomme) and stir-fry.
5. Finally add basil.
6. Arrange stir-fried minced pork and rice on a plate.
7. Dish up a fried egg and sprinkle black pepper on a egg.
