(注)Taco Rice はTex-Mex料理をまねて作られた沖縄料理で、元は和製英語だったのが現在米国ではTaco Rice で通用するようです。
Recipe : 3 serving
250 grams ground beef or pork・・・合挽肉で可1/2 onion chopped
1 garlic clove finely chopped
3 leaves lettuce sliced・・・葉3枚
8 grams seasoning・・・タコス用香辛料
1 tbs. Worcestershire sauce
pinch black pepper
1 tbs. vegetable oil
1 tbs. Worcestershire sauce
pinch black pepper
1 tbs. vegetable oil
3 cups cooked rice
1 avocado coarsely chopped・・・1cm角切り
(注)tbs.=table spoon (大さじ) tsp.=tea spoon (小さじ)
Directions :
1. Heat oil in a frying pan... Add garlic and onion and stir-fry.
2. Once they come to soften, add beef and stir-fry.
3. Once beef comes to color, add seasoning and stir-fry.
4. Arrange rice, lettuce and stir-fried ground beef on a plate.
5. Dish up salsa with avocado on a dish.

suitable amount of salsa・・・出来合いの瓶詰のサルサを使います

挽肉を炒めてシーズニングを加える前に余分な油を捨てると上手くできます。
