My homemade dish called "Gyudon, Beef Bowl".
Recipe : 3 servings
250 grams thinly shaved beef・・・薄切り、バラ、小間切れ、切り落とし等
1/2 onion cut into wedges
1 tsp. ginger grated
400 ml water
50 ml noodle soup base・・・麺つゆ(3倍濃縮)/ 薄口醤油大匙5杯でも可
3 tbs. sake
3 tbs. sugar
2 tsp. powdered Japanese soup stock・・・和風だしの素
1 tbs. sweet sake (mirin)
green onion・・・九条ネギ、小口ネギなど
red pickled ginger・・・紅生姜
