Chinese Cabbage and Mackerel Ginger Stir Fry (白菜と鯖の生姜炒め)

 My homemade dish called "Chinese Cabbage and Mackerel Ginger Stir Fry".


Recipe : 3 servings
400 grams Chinese cabbage sliced
1/2 carrot sliced
1/2 onion sliced
1 can simmered mackerel with miso・・・鯖味噌煮缶
1 garlic clove finely chopped
ginger finely chopped... garlic : ginger = 1 : 2
1 tbs. soy sauce
1 tbs. vegetable oil
green onion chopped, not absolutely necessary・・・長ネギ、春菊等緑の葉っぱ

(注)tbs.=table spoon (大さじ) tsp.=tea spoon (小さじ)

Directions :
1. In a large pan, cook carrot, onion, ginger and garlic over medium heat.
2. Add Chinese cabbage.
4. Stir till all soften.
5. Add simmered mackerel and soy sauce.
6. Sprinkle with green onions.
