Korean Carrot Pancake (ニンジンのチヂミ)

 My homemade dish called "Korean Carrot Pancake".




Recipe : 3 servings
100 grams all purpose flour
1 egg
250 ml Japanese instant broth・・・和風だし
1/4 tsp. salt
1 small carrot thinly sliced
1 carrot leaves cut
1/4 green onion diagonal cut・・・斜め切り
1 tbs. sesame oil

(注)tbs.=table spoon (大さじ) tsp.=tea spoon (小さじ)
