藤沢名物「バラ丼」

今日の昼食は、藤沢で今人気なバラ丼を食べてみました。店は、藤沢駅南口から数分のところにあって１１時半開店と同時にほぼ満席・・・カウンター席は空いていたかな・・・。それで、これが「バラ丼」のランチセットの「すうどん」付き。
Today, I had a lunch at a highly popular Udon noodles shop near Fujisawa station. This is a lunch set called "Rice topped with sliced pork back ribs and plain udon noodles"

うどんは関西風でだし汁の色が関東のとは違って澄んでいます。ただ、バラ丼の味が濃いせいか、私にはちょっと物足りない感じがしました・・・逆にバラ丼が美味いってことですかね・・・。牛丼より美味いし、関西風うどんとの組み合わせも面白いと思いました。

This shop provides Kansai type soup (popular in Osaka area) and I like it because I am from Kansai (^-^). I think it is an interesting idea to combine pork back ribs with udon.
