忘年会(その4)

山の家に集うハム仲間が集まって山の家で忘年会をやりました。野菜農園の野菜を持ち寄り「あん肝鍋」に「おつくり」と「おでん」という組み合わせです。
A year-end house party was held with ham radio operators of my friends at a hilltop shack yesterday. There were "Ankimo" a stew containing the liver of angler fish and vegetables harvested at our own garden, "Otsukuri" sliced raw fishes, and "Oden" stewed various ingredients.


あん肝鍋はこんな感じなんだけど・・・普段はなかなか食べられない珍味です。
This is "Ankimo" with delicate flavor.


これが新鮮お造り。
This is fresh "Otsukuri", expensive cuts of tuna, red sea bream, squid, etc...


これがおでん。
This is "Oden" of various ingredients, e.g. egg, radish, potato, etc. stewed in soy-flavored soup.
