Lightly grilled tuna（マグロのレアグリル プッタネスカソース）

I had lunch at a restaurant serves wine and grills in Machida today.
Salad and Bardolino Chiaretto from Italy.
（注）バルドリーノ・キアレットはイタリア・ロンバルディア州産のフレッシュでジューシーで上品なピンク色の辛口ロゼワインです。サラダ、パスタ、ピザ、魚介類に合うとされていて、特に寿司や日本料理に合うのだそうです。

Lightly grilled tuna with sugo alla puttanesca.

The sauce called sugo alla puttanesca is made with tomatoes, anchovies, garlic, chili peppers and etc. Originally, the sauce is served with spaghetti, although it also goes well with seafood.

（注）プッタネスカはイタリア語で娼婦風を意味し、プッタネスカソースとはトマトソースにアンチョビ、ニンニク、唐辛子等を入れた刺激的な味わいのソースのこと。
