Spicy spare ribs (スペアリブのスパイスロースト）

I had lunch at a restaurant serves wine and grills in Machida today.
Salad... and Lionello Marchesi Poggio alle Sughere Sangiovese from Italy.

Spicy spare ribs with salsa cruda... it is addictive with sweet and salty sauce that had a kick to it... yummy!!

It goes well with red wine with a rich taste... yummy!!
