Chicken and Egg Bowl (親子丼)

My homemade dish called "Chicken and Egg Bowl".


Recipe : 3 servings
100 grams ground chicken
3 - 4 leaves Chinese cabbage・・・白菜の葉3-4枚。長ネギより旨味出る
1 enoki mushroom cut by 2cm long・・・旨味が出るキノコ類なら何でもよい
1/4 carrot quarter sliced・・・彩の為、無くても可
3 eggs
200 ml Japanese soup stock・・・和風出汁
2 tbs. sweet sake
1 tbs. soy sauce
1 tsp. sugar
suitable amount green onion

(注)tbs.=table spoon (大さじ) tsp.=tea spoon (小さじ)

Directions :
1. Combine Japanese soup stock, sweet sake, soy sauce and sugar in a bowl or a measuring cup and mix all together
2. Pour the seasoning mixture in a pan and boil
3. Add the chicken in the pan
4. Add Chinese cabbage and mushroom and cook until they come to color and be tender
5. Add beaten egg and stir until egg is done
6. Stir till all simmered off to your liking  
7. Sprinkle with green onion.

【筆者感想】
挽肉を使うところがミソなんだけど、美味くて食べやすい・・・簡単で失敗がありませんし食が進みますね。軽めの赤ワインにバッチシ合います。
