Pad Thai (パッタイ)

  My homemade dish called "Pad Thai".


Recipe : 3 servings
300 grams flat noodles・・・本当はライスヌードルなのですが平打ち麵(中華麺)
80 grams shelled shrimp・・・むき海老
1/2 onion sliced
200 grams bean sprouts・・・もやし
2 shiitake mushrooms sliced
30 grams Chinese chives cut by 3 cm long・・・ニラ
1 garlic clove finely chopped
1 tbs. nam pla (fish sauce)
1 tsp. oyster sauce
1/2 tsp. sugar
3 grams chicken stock (consomme)

(注)tbs.=table spoon (大さじ) tsp.=tea spoon (小さじ)

Directions :
1. After the water comes to a boil, cook noodles for 2 min.
2. Heat 1 tsp. vegetable oil in a frying pan... add garlic, bean sprouts, shrimps, onion and stir-fry till they come to soften
3. Add noodles and seasonings and stir-fry 
4. Finally add Chinese chives

【筆者感想】
これ、ただの焼きそばと思うなかれ!・・・味付けがポイントで、普通のソースじゃ全然ダメ!・・・ナンプラとオイスターソースを使うのがコツ(調合比は各自の好みで)。食べるときにレモン汁(本当はライム汁)を掛けるとなお美味いです!!!
