Thali - Dal bhat (インドの定食ダルバート）

I had lunch at an Indian curry restaurant in Inagi, Chiba today.
Dal bhat is a traditional meal popular in Nepal, Bangladesh and India.

It consists of turmeric rice, vegetable curry, beef curry, saag of spinach, dhal soup and hot chai.

カレーはビーフ、チキン、ラムなどから選べます。サグはほうれん草、高菜、モロヘイヤから選べます。なお、ダルとは豆スープのことです。

Mixing three types of curry is recommended... and cold plum wine was added to keep me cool because of hot weather today.

This curry is genuine, but it is milder than real Indian curry... Japanese tastes?
