Conger pike fritters with semolina (鱧のセモリナフリット)

I had lunch at a restaurant serves wine and grills in Machida today.
Salad and white wine of sauvignon from France.



(注)テラス・ド・ギレム・ソーヴィニヨンブランは軽めでフルーティで香よく、すっきり系の白ワイン

Conger pike fritters with semolina served with basil tartar sauce.


(note) Conger pike (鱧、はも、sea eel) is treated as a luxury foodstuff in Japan.

And an additional order to finish lunch... red wine of nocera from Sicily, Italy.


(注)マストロ二コラ・ノチェーラはイタリア、シチリアの生産量の少ない希少なワインで、フルーティーな割には濃厚な味で、ほのかにタンニンが残って余韻が楽しめます・・・これ、お奨め!

Fritters goes well with tartar sauce, white wine and also red wine too... yummy !
