Grilled pork loin（豚ロースのグリル）

I had lunch at a restaurant serves wine and grills in Machida today.
Salad... and Maranges 1er Cru La Fussière from Bourgogne France.

（注）マランジュ プルミエ クリュ ラ フシエール・・・マランジュはフランス ブルゴーニュ地方にあるブドウ生産地で、赤ワインは、ほとんどがピノノワールで作られる。タンニンを多く含み、スパイシーでフルボディのしっかりした味わいが楽しめる。

Grilled pork loin with teriyaki sauce and yuzukosyo... it is sweet but also spicy...
(note) yuzu=citron, kosyo=pepper

It goes with spicy full bodied red wine... yummy!!
