Steamed cod with white wine（鱈の白ワイン蒸し）

I had lunch at a restaurant serves wine and grills in Machida today.
Salad... and Bibbiano Listrice from Tuscany (Toscana), Italy.
（注）ビッビアーノ・リストリチェ・・・イタリア・トスカーナ産のドライでほろ苦みのある白ワイン。

Steamed cod with white wine and mushrooms in cream sauce... It has an elegance and yummy!!

It goes well with white wine with an elegant taste... yummy!!
