カレーってシチューと同じ煮込み料理でカレースパイスが入っているか否かと考えればよいみたい（笑）。で、この店のカレーはシチュー寄りでスパイシーさは薄く超マイルドで日本人好みのカレー味。旨味は玉ねぎがたくさん入っているからのようです・・・昔からの日本のカレーの味・・・美味い！！
