Sauteed chicken thigh with boscaiola sauce

I had lunch at a restaurant serves wine and grills in Machida today.
Salad... and Bibbiano Chianti Classico from Toscana, Italy and Andeluna 1300 Malbec from Argentina.
（注）ビッビアーノ　キャンティクラシコはサンジョベーゼ主体のシンプルで飲みやすいミディアムボディの赤ワインでアンデルーナ１３００マルベックはマルベック種主体の熟したタンニン感のあるフルボディの赤ワインです。

（注）ボスカイオーラ＝きのことツナが入ったトマトソースで本来はパスタによく合うそうです。
