Buckwheat noodle and hot soba soup with chopped duck meat （きざみ鴨せいろ）

今日、橋本駅近くの蕎麦ひのやでランチしました。この店の人気メニューからきざみ鴨せいろを選んでみました。
I had lunch at a buckwheat noodle shop in Hashimoto, Sagamihara today.

麺は細麵で柔らかく、腰がないのでやや不満なるも、温かい（熱いと言った方が良いかも・・・）つけ汁との相性は良かったです。せいろは２段になっていて、満腹になりますね。
The second seiro (steam basket)... I became full.

It is an interesting idea... cold soba (buckwheat noodle) and hot soba soup with chopped duck meat... for making thick soup... yummy!!
