Grilled swordfish (メカジキのグリル)

I had lunch at a restaurant serves wine and grills in Machida today.
Salad... and Dor Feteasca Regala from Moldova.

Grilled swordfish with lemon anchovy butter sauce... this is very delicious served with fish and seafood and well with green vegetables.
このソースは、私好み・・・酸味が効いているんだけれど、ちょっぴり塩辛くて濃厚、、魚料理とか野菜にぴったし！

It goes with dry and fresh "Feteasca Regala" with specific flavor and acidity... yummy!!
焼き魚に酸味と塩味のきいたアンチョビレモンバターソースがよく合いますし、これに、豊かな酸味ながらすっきりした味わいのフェテスカ・レガーラが相性抜群ですね！
