Grilled pork belly (豚バラ肉のグリル)

I had lunch at a restaurant serves wine and grills in Machida today.
Salad... and Casa Vella D'espiells Cabernet Sauvignon from Spain.

（注）カサ・ヴェーリャ・デスピエール・・・カベルネソーヴィニヨン種を使用した上品で深みのある色合いのスペイン産の赤ワイン。ほのかなタンニンに長い余韻がありグリルした肉料理に合うとされている。

Grilled pork belly with a sauce mixture made of gochujang (Korean red chili paste) and mayonnaise... is very rich and has a mellow spicy taste... very delicious!!
マヨネーズでコチュジャンの辛みがまろやかになって何にでも合いそうなソース・・・ピリッとしていて実に美味い。

It goes with full bodied red wine... yummy!!
コクのあるフルボディのカベルネ・ソーヴィニョンがまたよく合います・・・美味い！
