Chicken thigh pocher（若鶏もも肉のポッシェ）

I had lunch at a restaurant serves wine and grills in Machida today.
Salad... and Hojyo Wine Vintage (Koshu) from Tottori, Japan.
（注）ホージョー ワイン ヴィンテージは、鳥取県産甲州種の辛口白ワインです。

Chicken thigh pocher ... shallow poaching in cream sauce... yummy!!!!!
（注）仏語のpocherは英語のpoaching（茹でる）と同義

 

甲州はまろやかな口当たりで魚介類に合うとされていますが、クリームソースと茹でた鶏もも肉・・・ちょっと触っただけで崩れる・・・あっさりしていて相性抜群！
