The 6R-E13 is a vacuum tube designed to indicate visually the effects of a change in the grid voltage. The 6R-E13 can be used for a voltage indicator to indicate RF out put power of a QRP transmitter.

I don't know a source other than Toyo and Matsushita in Japan. 6R-E13 was developed by Dr. Uchida who was Japanese.
