Seared bonito(カツオのレアグリル)

I had lunch at a restaurant serves wine and grills in Machida today.
Salad... and Don Carlo Rosso from Sicily, Italy.


Seared (lightly grilled) bonito and citrus sauce with chopped fresh onion.

Red wine of Don Carlo Rosso having a rich taste goes well with seared bonito... yummy!!
