Lamb breaded bone-in cutlet... like cotoletta（仔羊のコトレッタ）

I had lunch at a restaurant serves wine and grills in Machida today.
Salad... and Andeluna malbec from Argentina.

Lamb breaded bone-in cutlet... it is an Italian lamb dish like cotoletta... with Gouda cheese. It is very yummy!!
And it goes with full bodied red wine... yummy!!

コトレッタとはイタリア料理のカツレツのことで、主に仔牛や仔羊の肉が用いられチーズなどが添えられていて美味いです。これにマルベック種のフルボディの赤ワインがまたよく合います・・・仔羊の肉とペアリングするのが良いとされている！！！
