Sashimi Rice Bowl（イサキにウマヅラハギの肝酢かけ）

I had lunch at an American style sushi restaurant near Odakyu-Sagamihara station in Sagamihara  today. It is located along Kanagawa Prefecture Route 51.
県道５１号線にあるこの店（Sushi51）、日本の寿司屋の面影はなく、完璧なまでにアメリカ西海岸風・・・最近、自転車用のラックが設置されて県道を行きかう自転車愛好家の方のための休憩基地化を目指している？ようです・・・黄色の旗が目印！！

Lunch special... Sashimi rice bowl made with grunt and vinegar mixed with liver... yuuuummyyyy!!
ランチセットの日替り海鮮丼・・・イサキにウマヅラハギの肝酢かけ・・・肝酢が効いていて、とっても美味！！

I will be there again in the near future...
