Udon with pickled plums and seaweed（梅わかめうどん）

藤沢駅から歩いて直ぐのところにある「里のうどん南藤沢店」に行ってランチしました。ここのうどんは関東では珍しい本格派関西うどんで美味いです。
I had lunch at an Udon noodle shop near Fujisawa station today.
Udon with pickled plums and seaweed... yummy!

うどんはコシのある自家製で、出汁も関西人にはぴったしのさっぱり系です。
Home-made udon noodles are chewy and soup broth is light and delicious.
